How can I make an order?

You can make your order in one of the following ways:

1. Directly from our e-shop bemore.shop by choosing the desired products and quantity. An operator from our Sales Department will contact you to confirm your order.
2. By contacting our operator directly by phone at 02 944 26 27;
3. By contacting our chat operator directly.

How is the delivery done?

You can receive the goods you want in one of the following ways:

1. Delivery by courier to your desired address;
2. Delivery by courier to an office of Econt;
3. For orders over BGN 34.99, the delivery is FREE.

How long does the delivery take?

The delivery term for all towns and villages on the territory of Bulgaria is up to 3 working days from the date of the order. The goods are delivered properly packaged according to their type and delivery transport. In case a change of the delivery term is required, our operator will contact you at the phone number or e-mail address stated by you when placing the order.

How can I replace or return product (s) from the order I made?

1. Contact us at 02 944 26 27 or email us at [email protected]: within 14 days of the receipt of the order;
2. In the case of a return of an order paid upon delivery, the amount is reimbursed by means of the same way of payment;
3. On returning an order paid by credit or debit card, the amount for it is refunded to the account of the card with which the payment was made;
4. The products you wish to return must be in the original packaging and in intact commercial appearance;
5. The customer pays the courier's costs when exchanging or returning goods, apart from exceptional cases, in which the received goods do not correspond to the ordered ones or the amount of the charged payment does not correspond to the amount of the order made.
