Intake:

Cholesterol and triglycerides: the first 2-4 weeks - 2 capsules 2 times a day, followed by a maintenance dose of 1-2 capsules per day. * Concentration and memory: 1 capsule per day.* Menstrual pain: 4 capsules per day, 8 days before monthly period and 2 days during monthly period.
